Dr. Hitu Mishra is an Indian Classical Vocalist representing the esteemed Kirana Gharana. She is a versatile singer who specializes in the field of Hindustani Classical Khayal and semi classicals like Thumri, Dadra, Kajri, Hori etc. She also performs popular Indian pop music, Ghazal, Bhajan etc.
Her style of singing Khayal is though conventional in technique but highly individual in spirit. She has a repertoire which is rich, varied and exuberant ranging from complex classical ragas to semi classical genre.
Along with being an ace performer, Hitu is a dotting Guru propagating her art among her students.
